UL4 become symptomatic and extremely painful to any pressure. Heavily calcified to test our patience and files 🙂 Microscope, ultrasonics and Munce burs are very helpful to deal with these cases. First I tried R-Shaper files with some extracted teeth. I like #15 .02 file.I think that this orifice opener (#20 1.0) is very good. It is rare the good orifice opener. But this #20 1.0 is good size, taper and good cutting efficacy.It is easy to open the orifice. good. other shaping files are also good feeling.

We don't just remove SF, we bypass them too WHY we didn't remove it?? Cause the mesial canals are Type ll vertucci's classification. So both canals are ending with one FORAMEN. Rogin files can do it when others can't.
